INTRODUCTORY PROJECT FEES
Three starting points for an independent business website. We confirm the scope and fixed project fee in writing before work begins.
THE ESSENTIALS
Projects from£400
A considered first home online for a café, restaurant or local shop.
A LITTLE MORE ROOM
Projects from£600
Space to tell your story and give each part of the business its own place.
A BROADER WEBSITE
Projects from£800
A broader content website for a business with more to share.
Indicative introductory fees in GBP for brochure websites using supplied content. The written quote confirms the total fee and any applicable taxes. Domain registration, business email, paid hosting or services, stock imagery and ongoing maintenance are separate. Online payments, e-commerce, custom booking systems and content management systems require a separate scope.
Our proposed arrangement is 50% to book the project and 50% after approval, before launch. The agreed quote sets out the payment schedule.
Two rounds of consolidated feedback on the agreed design are included. Additional pages, new features or further rounds are quoted before that work begins.
A simple one-page site is typically planned over 1–2 weeks once content is ready. Larger websites are scheduled to suit the agreed scope and review rounds.
The proposed package includes 30 days of fixes for faults in the agreed build after launch. New content, feature changes and third-party issues are scoped separately.
A CLEAR START
Every business needs something a little different. Pages, content, integrations, revisions and timing are agreed before work begins, with a clear quote for the scope.
A new brochure website, a restaurant refresh, a café menu or a more considered online home for a local shop.
Online payments, full e-commerce, custom booking systems, ongoing content updates and third-party subscription costs.
A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS
We start by looking at what you have, what works and what needs to change. That helps establish whether a refresh or a rebuild is the better fit.
Often, yes. A link to an existing service may be all that’s needed. Embedded widgets and more involved integrations depend on the provider and are checked before we agree the scope.
Your logo if you have one, accurate business information, menus or service details, and photographs you have permission to use. We can help organise the content and identify what’s missing.
We agree the handover, any included support and future update arrangements before starting. Domain renewals, third-party services and ongoing work are set out separately.
